Performed international account reconciliation by managing a three-way relationship among Portia (accounting system), MFTP (trading system), and various custodians including State Street Bank and JP Morgan Chase. Wrote the instruction manual The Guide to International Recon that is currently being used companywide by Evergreen Investments. Assisted in the development of the derivative trading process for Evergreen Investments where research and documentation was performed on the key components of various derivatives including futures, forwards, options, swaps, etc.
