Started as a manager-in-training (MIT) and moved into a management role in less than nine months. Focused on quality control and the assurance of superior customer service while assisting the branch manager in the success and profitability of the branch. Reported our branch financials to the VP of Operations for NC once a month. Assisted in the quickest effort to break-even of any Woodforest branch in NC which took place in only six months, seven months less than the corporate forecast model.
