Daily Duties at Provident Funding Llc:

My time at Provident started as a branch Underwriter. Within 7 months I was promoted to a Area Manager overseeing our Mass., Conn., and Ohio offices. I hired, monitored, completed annual evaluations, and trained new employees. My offices increased fundings by more then 15% each. After that job I was Promoted to a Delegated Underwriter where I was training all the underwriters throughout the country and was incharge of increasing or decreasing signing authority.
