Daily Duties at Countrywide Financial:
My daily tasks are varying. I oversee the operations of the Credit Operations Support office consisting of 10 of the highest underwriters in the wholesale division and 5 production coordinators. With this, I trouble shoot, mentor, instruct, monitor workflow, and increase productivity. I am also a main contact for all the local wholesale offices that I office supports. Throughout the day I am constantly assisting in credit clarification, concerns, or high risk loans for the field. I write Policy's and Procedures, and Bulletins, for the wholesale department. I configure worksheets to assist the local wholesale underwriters to better determine the reasonablness of a loan transaction using various factors. These are just a couple of my daily duties, I will do any job or task put before me, and make sure it is done timely and accuratly, and for this reason I have a lot of other outside tasks that get assigned to me.
