• Aided in development of communication for sales and customer service to improve production and efficiency. • Answered in-bound phone calls, as well as made outgoing calls to customers who have invested interested in our product • Consistently handled 175-200 calls/day including follow up data entry • Managed the responsibility of scheduling appointments for our potential clients to meet with designers.
