Daily Duties at Alaven Pharmaceutical :

Work in the Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs department. Job requires ability to communicate well with customers and contract manufacturers on a daily basis; to relay appropriate information to customers and report to regulatory agencies as needed. Job requires the ability to multi task, prioritize work load. Responsibilities include: -Handling all calls from customers related to medical information, including building and maintaining a medical information database to answer consumer’s questions related to product. -Handling all incoming product complaints, taking calls with customers to determine the nature of the complaint and coordinating the return of the defective product to the appropriate investigative department; Coordinating the investigation and communicating the results to the customer along with replacement product. -Quality review and release of incoming product. -Handling incoming adverse events reports, communicating the report to the appropriate safety agency and submitting the final report to the FDA. -Working with contractors to coordinate labeling and other product manufacturing related changes. -Product stability coordinator, including maintaining database of stability data for each product, sending product to appropriate manufacturer’s to be placed on stability, and coordinating the return of results. -Reviewing and revising company SOPs as requested by other departments. -Maintenance of the temperature/humidity monitoring logs for the warehouse used to store all finished product until shipment. -Archival and organization of all quality and regulatory affairs documentation. -Maintenance of documentation pertaining to the distribution of Controlled Substance and the export of those products outside of the U.S.
