• Listen to, distinguish, research, and resolve all customer issues in regards to their insurance policies • Provide quotes for both auto and property premiums and bind policies. Proactively identify and act on cross-selling opportunities in order to increase household penetration and improve customer retention, applying effective selling and influencing techniques
