Daily Duties at Amtrak Railroad:
February 1988 - May 1999 Reservation Sales Agent: Midwestern call center. Based on incoming calls, I provided customers with general information about passenger train service and created train reservations for the customer based on their specific travel needs. I met productivity goals based on company standards as well as meet monthly sales goals. I was also Amtrak Railroad's “Project & Art Coordinator” for special projects and events in which I have planned, supervised and completed all projects within time and budget. ______________________________ July 1983 - February 1988 Train Attendant, Onboard Services: Traveled onboard Amtrak passenger trains, assisting passengers and kept a very careful inventory of all passengers as they boarded and exited the train. I have experience on coach class, first class sleeping car accommodations, and food service cars which include the lounge car and full service dining car facilities.
