Daily Duties at American Utility Management (Aum):
As a Customer Service Representative I was responsible for providing all incoming callers with detailed information regarding monthly utility bills for various utilities which were billed to residents living in apartments or condominium communities in which AUM, as a third party utility billing company, was responsible for billing residents. I was promoted as an Engineering Coordinator effective July 2006 and my responsibilities included utility meter reading investigations to determine any possible causes of meter equipment malfunctions or if the utility in question may have been due to a resident’s actual consumption. In addition, I also performed monthly water meter readings in Bolingbrook, IL for a condominium community registered with AUM. In March 2007, I began a new position as a Department Backup, a position created by the Senior V.P. in order to work with various departments during periods of high work volume. I have received many awards as part of a sponsored company program in which employees are rewarded for working above and beyond company expectations.
