Database functionality tracked the configuration of customer machines as well as handled software requests for field service engineers. • Provided excellent customer service. Won achievement award for outstanding customer service. • Performed quality assurance testing of complex unreleased software applications. Consulted with engineering to ensure software was of finest quality before releasing it to the customer. • Lead tester on two flagship projects that utilized current Advanced Process Control technologies. • Developed intensive documentation (test plans and test cases) for engineering department during testing of software.
