Daily Duties at Us Sailing:
* Instrumental in doubling customer base to 800 plus over two-year period through creation and application of innovative marketing approaches. * Developed and managed marketing / content relational database used to monitor industry trends, track delivery times, implement programs, and perform analysis and research. * Developed and maintained multi-layered websites including updates, press releases, and content retrieval and postings from online applications. Plus, Internet Marketing and HTML knowledge. * Negotiated customer concerns and anticipated needs, executing personalized solutions increasing service levels that maximized user experience and company value year-to-year. * Identified and secured new business opportunities utilizing broad marketing and proven product development skills, plus drove growth initiatives in current programs. * Promoted products and services through multi-channel marketing environments including direct mailing, Internet and e-mail, and trade shows, which led to annual sales growth. * Successfully implemented industry policies and strategic initiatives through a volunteer structure that increased consumer awareness and the brand image of the organization. * Arranged and supervised complex logistics between 15 plus field officers by providing direction and resources critical to ensuring quality deliverables and enhanced user experience.
