Daily Duties at Brown Brothers Harriman:

? Lead efforts to establish presence in the metal market, which has become the largest area of exposure for the commodities group (150% increase) and contributed to double digit annual income growth ? Negotiate deal structures including the first syndicated deal as the lead arranger for the bank ? Produce and present deal books to the bank’s partners which include investment thesis as well as due diligence results such financial, market and management analysis ? Manage $300 million portfolio of asset based loans across a variety of commodity sectors and serve as the first line in risk management, which includes reporting for statutory and investment requirements ? Assist clients in the development and analysis of financial strategies including assessing capital structure, advising on acquisitions and/or divestments ? Train and mentor junior staff
