Daily Duties at Td Waterhouse:
I managed two teams of 8 associates who handled the top retail clients for a brokerage firm. I was responsible for all operations of site in Southern California, as well as a site in New York City. The daily functions included customer escalations, all incoming/outgoing correspondence, as well as working with our branch partners and working across business channels to ensure business success.
