Daily Duties at Td Ameritrade:
Title is Senior Manager. I have had up to 5 Managers reporting up to me over the past year. These teams are responsible for core productivity and customer service in an investor center. Each of these teams has a Manager, as well as an Assistant Manager and averages 12-15 associates. At various time over the last year I've had 100 employees in my organization. My basic responsibilities are overseeing these teams to ensure they are being managed productively, as well as working on cross-functional teams to impact business across various channels.
