Daily Duties at Self/State Of Colorado:
Engaged in a variety of projects during this time, including a technology, operations and CRM initiative for a web based enhanced educational program company; a technology, operations and CRM plan for a voice recognition start-up company; an automated point of purchase check capture, clearing and settlement system. In addition, I served as the implementation/change manager for a major, $200 plus million State of Colorado 62 County Human and Health Services state wide technology upgrade combining 5 legacy systems into a single client server based technology platform.
