Daily Duties at Unisys Corp:

Held responsibility for several different functional areas within a multi year $400 plus million out sourced Check 21 processing engagement between my current employer and a major multi billion dollar national US financial institution. My responsibility included the development and ongoing support for a full disaster recovery plan including business resumption and technology recovery, quality and performance management, CRM, training, application testing, reporting, business and service change management, audit and contract compliance.
