Daily Duties at Dogone Fun!:

·Hiring, supervising, training, and evaluating new kennel employees. ·Developing and monitoring schedules of activities and tracking each pet guest’s progress during boarding and daycare. ·Developing handling procedures, kennel procedures, and protocols for daycare and boarding pet guests. ·Creating and implementing temperament tests for daycare and boarding dogs. ·Responsible for Continuous Quality Improvement for kennel, daycare and customer service. ·Responsible for maintenance of kennels and play areas. ·Administering meds and first aid as needed. ·Monitoring and managing supply expenses. ·Initiating community outreach to increase boarding activity and revenue
