Daily Duties at 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) Command Element Operations:

Unmatched experience in training, managing, supervising, and leading diverse organizations or individuals to meet operational and readiness requirements. • Responsible for the operation/ maintenance of the Command and Control Personal Computer System in order to track both friendly and hostile units in combat. • Worked at the Strategic, Operational, and Tactical levels of war planning. • Developed and orchestrated the reorganization of 2,200 personnel to accomplish mission, which resulted in completion 30 days in advance of timeline with minimum personnel turbulence and frustration. • Supervised the programming, budgeting, and execution, of a $400 million operational budget, while achieving cost avoidance of over $10 million. • Created, reviewed, and assessed major operational plans for Marine Corps personnel and logistics for deployment and employment in myriad array of theaters spanning five continents including Iraq, Afghanistan, New Orleans (Hurricane Katrina relief), and Indonesia (Tsunami relief). • Visited, surveyed, and studied each country prior to operations. • Briefed the Vice-President in June 2006 upon the units successful return from Iraq and status of weapons caches that were recovered. • Invaluable international exposure.
