Daily Duties at Paychex:

•Supervise employees in all aspects of product processing for Taxpay, a product that files all federal, state, and local tax returns on behalf of our clients; monitor work flow using key indicators and staff to ensure deadlines and accuracy requirements are met •Lead a cross functional team that is streamlining operational procedures to improve products and enhance customer satisfaction •Coordinate trainings for sales/marketing personnel about product capabilities and future enhancements •Responsible for the quarterly filing of over half a million Federal tax returns
