Daily Duties at Accenture:
- High Tech – Provide CFO leadership in building a storage consulting practice to storage industry leader. Role includes building financial and risk management, Operations Finance management, contract management, pricing, management reporting and strategic direction setting. - Financial Services - Focused on delivering increased profitability without sacrificing efficiencies or the overall client relationship. Success in this area comes from process redesign, leveraging financial policies and existing infrastructure to reduce workload and associated costs at the client engagement. Documented profit improvements have ranged from $8M in 2000 to $34M in 2001. - Outsourcing - Complete operations finance and management responsibility for 75 global client engagements; establishing strategic direction for financial management, building and implementing the balanced scorecard, designing and delivering engagement operation reviews. - GAAP based policy development (research and external audit sign-off) and implementation for firm-wide outsourcing business.
