Directed company’s response to SEC and DoJ investigation related to stock option backdating; Developed and executed a comprehensive audit program including financial, operational, compliance, anti-fraud and internal control audits; Created the Corporate risk management process, in partnership with business unit senior management teams, designed and implemented cost-effective procedures to ensure internal controls are effective and efficient; Directed financial and operational audits at the engagement and business entity level; Leadership role in both due diligence and reverse due diligence initiatives; Recruited, trained and mentored global team and facilitated appropriate transfer of staff into the business units.
