Managed team of US-based Sales Representatives plus 40-person Japanese operation and Korean joint venture. * Spearheaded development of Custom Event Business in Japan working with key corporate accounts including Microsoft, Cisco, Sun Microsystems, Lucent Technologies, Oracle, Novell, and Internet start-ups. Resulted in a new business segment for the division.
