Achieved annual margin contribution of 60%. * Selected and managed Project Team that conceptualized and documented strategy for supporting new release of CRM applications that was implemented by an Oracle Service Delivery team. * Conducted in-market analysis, due diligence and survey of potential partners that created business model for supporting applications in Japan. Resulted in a new service delivery model for supporting Japanese customers. * Created marketing White Paper that was posted on corporate website, “Support in a High Availability Environment.”
