Daily Duties at Paper Works Industries:
Led Lean Implementation. Managed technical and coating departments. Coordinate scheduling, resolve maintenance issues, review process data, schedule and coordinate maintenance activities. Design coating formulations and conduct process trials. Provide process engineering support to production superintendents. Provide direction to production supervisors. Provide support to sales and customers on product performance issues.
