Daily Duties at The Ford Motor Company:

Drove all aspects of the System Development Methodology process to successful completion; managed the scope, business requirements, program specifications, budget, procurement of capital funding, timeline establishment, project plan, documentation, security and controls, and testing from inception through to launch and on-going production support. Chunked and launched several major releases a year under urgent need to bring on all critical global customers resulting in a single global Quality Operating System. The system, the backbone of the Current Model QOS with over 5,000 users, increased quality levels ( as published in syndicated JD Power and Associates ), and resulted in reduced costs.
