Daily Duties at Octagon Marketing:

Account Manager (Dunkin’ Brands) · 10/03 – 5/05 · Managed multiple promotional campaigns surrounding current sponsorship properties. Select campaigns include the Dunkin’ Donuts Refreshing Reward, NY Yankees Donuts/ NY Mets Donuts, New York Islanders’ Stick Kid® and “The Man Behind the Mask” (a co-promotion with Pepsi & NJ Devils). · Implemented a fully integrated marketing strategy throughout the Metro New York Area. The program ensured all external agencies were properly engaged/leveraged (advertising, public relations & sampling). · Integrated multiple lines of business within Dunkin’ Brands (marketing solutions, athlete representation & merchandising). New business revenues exceeded $1.4M. Senior Account Executive (Dunkin’ Brands) · 6/01 – 10/03 · Developed a proof of purchase program tied into the clients’ 1st quarter bulk purchase campaign and the NY Yankees. The program contributed to a 7.0% growth over the same period from the prior year. · Oversaw an internal sales incentive/tracking program. Leveraged sponsorship assets from a variety of partners in the Metro NY Area (i.e.-tickets hospitality and other unique access elements). Senior Account Executive (Pfizer & Bank One) · 6/01 – 10/03 · Assigned the appropriate measurement metrics for competitor sports marketing, celebrity endorsement initiatives and other event marketing activities – global involvement. · Developed and outlined an audit addressing the Bank One’s annual ticket, suite, hospitality & marketing commitments. Annual commitments exceeded $27M. Account Executive (Bank One) · 8/99 – 3/00 · Created a comprehensive procedure geared towards evaluating and measuring prospective sponsorship proposals within the Pharmaceutical category. Produced several “point-of-view” documents that reflected our recommendation. · Responsible for the development, facilitation and management of Bank One’s national ticket disbursement intranet. Recorded sales/retention figures in excess of $500M. Account Executive (Champions & LPGA Tour) · 12/98 – 8/99 · Managed and trained a sales staff of 15 employees. · Supervised the collection of all ticket sales (pre-event, on-site, outlets & online) resulting from Octagon events. Annual revenues exceeded $750k. Account Coordinator (Event Marketing Group) · 10/97 – 12/98 · Built an all-inclusive ticket management system. The system integrated all facets of the ticket sales lifecycle, including: direct marketing, ticket sales/processing and disbursement.
