Daily Duties at Bln:
BLN, a division of Great Lakes Chemical (and since acquired) was one of the nations largest distributors of swimming pool equipment and chemicals. Sales territory included metro Atlanta and Southeastern Tennessee. Responsibilities were to increases sales through building relationships with builders and pool store owners by helping them improve business methods including inventory, cash flow, service scheduling and overall business practices. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: • Due to early selling and relationships success, was chosen to launch a new program to upgrade the sales function for the company utilizing business education tools, and software to work with customers to improve efficiencies and cash flows in the seasonal pool business.
