Daily Duties at Belle Haven Country Club:
• Produced catering events ranging from small business meetings to club functions in excess of 1500 guests; inclusive of July 4th celebrations, grand galas, and Christmas balls • Supervised and mentored a full-time staff of five plus support staff • Worked hand-in-hand with Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef to create elaborate style events and develop menus; inclusive of CMAA and ACF wine dinners/events and Boy’s and Girls Club charity functions • F&B Banquet revenues of 2 million dollars
