Daily Duties at Trinity Care Hospice:
? Managing the total operation of the hospice interdisciplinary team ? Orient New Employees, ongoing education of clinical staff. ? Oversees and /or initiates the assessment of the patient, development and implementation of the care plan. ? Supervises the planning, coordination, and delivery of patient/family care. QAI activities, chart audits, documentation audits electronic and paper. Schedule visits for CHHA, LVN and per deim RN staff Supervise all clinical staff, clinical field supervision
