Daily Duties at Midrange Computer Solutions Inc:
� Prepare and deliver presentations to customers; provided assistance with proposal development � Serve as customer liaison between technical and sales support � Provide help desk support for the various OEM products for MCSI customers � Assisted in implementing a new sales order process that will lead to greater efficiency and customer satisfaction � Worked with EMC's inside channel sales to schedule various demo's of EMC/Legato software products, which consisted of ILM/IIM (Infoscape), ArchiveXtender, DiskXtender, Snapview, Mirrorview, SANCopy, Navisphere Management Suite and VisualSRM � Assisted in the demo and evaluation of the Clariion storage disk arrays, Clariion Disk Library on various OS platforms � Involved with the implementation and integration of the CDL with backup vendor Symantec (Veritas) Netbackup and Legato Networker � Provided consulting services for customers requiring the migration of their tape libraries to the Clariion Disk Library � UNIX experience on Sun Solaris, HP-UX, and IBM AIX
