Daily Duties at Career Blazers:

Functioned as Director of Network Operations and reporting directly to the CIO for this privately held staffing company, operating 10 divisions in over 200 offices nation wide. •Managed the effort to build an access restricted, climate controlled, 7x24 mission critical data center to house the companies financial systems for 30% less than the lowest outside bid. •Successfully consolidated operations to produce over 10,000 weekly nationwide payroll checks never missing a pay cycle, after creating a quadruple redundant network •Merged back office functionality and produced period ending financials reliably. Allowing available lines of credit to be increased for use as operating capital, fueling growth. •Directed purchasing activities, including ordering supplies, contracting for merchandise, and negotiating software licenses and support contracts, resulting in substantially lower cost.
