Customers included Bank One, Bank of New York, Chicago Board of Trade, American Eagle Airlines and Unilever Ice Cream, among others. •Directed the creation of Intranet application development for supporting Bank One consumer lending division’s including FileNet loan document image retrieval. •With sensitivity and creativity established team building techniques to achieve their individual goals by collaborating with team members that often were strangers only a short time earlier. •Completed initiatives on time and an average of 18% under budget. Saved over $1M in purchasing decisions and negotiations. •Increased SAP ETL for Data Warehouse productivity by 200%. •Achieved the highest overall project satisfaction rating from "The Hamilton Research Group", an independent research organization specializing in customer satisfaction surveys.
