Received several commendations while working as a program manager in two organizations at the Dallas office. GMAC ResCap is a leading residential finance company. •Hired to manage efforts to deliver loan origination technology to the startup manufactured housing business unit. •Oversaw integration of business specific enhancements to the LSAMS servicing systems. •Managed the creation and production of all legal documents necessary for the new business unit. •In addition to duties as program manager, acted as interim operations manager until full time resource could be found. •In both groups was responsible for vendor selection and subcontractor management. •Responsible for implementing several functions for the FileNet that surrounds and supplements the imaging operations. •Utilized interpersonal and communications skills to bring multi-vendor teams together under trying circumstances, and an ever changing sets of needs.
