Daily Duties at Summerfield Homes, Inc.:
All project scheduling with subcontractors. Initiating Bids invites. Negotiating bids. Receiving bids. Recording bids for COG sheets. Awarding/processing contracts for projects. Inspection scheduling. Direct assistant to Project Manager, processing construction packages for permitting, working with superintendent for scheduling sub-contractors and all inspections, work directly with Building Department staff. This position requires that I work completely unsupervised. I answer directly to the company owner.
