Daily Duties at Abn Amro Mtg/Citimortgage:
Manage approximately 300 Investor’s loan accounts to ensure compliance with each investor guidelines for reporting, remitting, and reconciling. Remit funds in excess of $2.5 million accurately and timely per month via wire and checks. Create and maintain various remittance tracking, loan acquisition and reconciliations along with cash balance spreadsheets. Manage investor pipeline by tracking commitments, assigning loans to those commitements, and evaluationg profits and losses. Responsibilities for creating new bank accounts, loan modules, and contact information for newly acquired investors accounts. *Responsible for Reconciling loans/Pools sold to GNMA, analyze and research all out of balance conditions. Data conversions, documented procedures, assigned investors and assisted in training. Transfer loan sales, SCRA reporting and familiarize with the Fidelity System. Repurchasing of loans.
