• Worked directly with legal and accounting/tax transaction teams on corporate mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings of corporate subsidiaries, equity placements, and commercial bank transactions. Appointed as an Officer of the Corporation and worked as Assistant Treasurer and Director of Risk Management. Corporate treasury responsibilities included: supervising the treasury staff, global cash and liquidity management, and credit facility compliance.
