Daily Duties at 24 Hour Fitness:
Train individuals in the use of cardio equipment, selectorized machines and free weights as well as giving nutritional guidance. Assist members as they work out. Keep detailed records on all clients. Sell nutritional drinks and supplements. Assist front desk staff as needed.
