Daily Duties at Us Army:
Delegated and completed of tasks to a team of 8 active duty soldiers on a daily basis Distributed feedback and performance counseling monthly Trained and supervised subordinates on job related skills resulting in increased job performance Use hydraulic and auxiliary equipment to fire howitzer Coordinated transportation, accountability and distribution of ammunition Supervised preventive maintenance of 2 track vehicles to ensure operational rating of 90-100% during sustained/combat operations Operated voice and digital communications equipment to ensure 100% communication within section and unit Conduct combat patrols
