Accountable for 300,000 square foot distribution center, operating three shifts, six days a week; handled prompt and efficient flow of $100 million in inventory to domestic and international customers, as well as multiple U.S. and Canadian retail stores. * Managed team of 12 managers and 250 hourly employees, including performance evaluations, salary reviews, and awarding quarterly bonuses; fostered atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation. * Maintained 99.9% inventory accuracy inside the facility and in outside storage location. * Ensured 99% fill rate on more than 15,000 boxes per day.
