Daily Duties at Interline Brands:
Responsible for day-to-day operations, vendor selection, and staffing; worked closely with Regional President and Sales Manager to identify operational synergies. * Conducted departmental audits to ensure proper/timely deliveries, as well as customer satisfaction. * Strengthened communications and working relationships among assigned departments (warehouse, customer service, service personnel). * Contributed, as subject-matter-expert, to planning of new company facility. * Increased picking accuracy by more than 75% through improved operational procedures. * Recognized (through cash bonus) for exceeding business goals within first six months as Operations Manager.
