Daily Duties at First Call Corporation:
? Coordinated installations of real-time equity research products within California, the East Coast, Midwest, Southwest, and Canada. ? Traveled extensively to install software and hardware on client’s networks, which included working with IT contacts on security issues, and installing and configuring routers (CISCO) and UNIX servers. ? Troubleshot software, hardware and data communication problems on different product platforms. ? Worked closely with sales and hardware groups, as well as outside vendors. ? Provided product training to clients and assisted with training for new hires within the department. ? Consistently met and exceeded targets and goals; ranked highest in resolved cases; employee of the month on multiple occasions.
