Daily Duties at Mc Creery's Home Furnishings:

? Human Resources – Benefits, benefits renewal and conversion, COBRA and 401K administration, OSHA compliance, workers compensation, employee recruitment, retention and dismissal, new hire orientation and training, performance evaluations and conflict resolution. ? Office Management – Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Customer Processing, and Customer Service departments; handle all government compliance and insurance issues for properties and fleet. ? Payroll – Responsible for bi-weekly payroll processing for hourly, salaried, commissioned and 1099 employees. ? Finance Management – Determine budget and allocation, maintain G/L, A/P, A/R and inventory, reconcile financials, cash journals and bank accounts, and directly approve all A/P transactions.
