Daily Duties at Natural Life Center:
? Oversee all aspects of patient’s visitation including education, testing, and care; trained and certified on allergy clearing and cold laser light therapy treatments. ? Manage patient services department, making sure staff meet their targets and goals and are complying with company initiatives. ? Monitor and oversee holistic practitioner’s schedule ensuring timely patient intake and release. ? Room and monitor patients, work directly with practitioner, assisting with patients and practitioner’s notes. ? Primary contact for emergency patient tele-services, responsible for relaying practitioner’s instructions directly to patients. ? Moderate use of QuickBooks 2007.
