Administered all benefit programs, including 401K, medical, dental, and life, for 750 employees nationwide. • Investigated and formulated solutions to associate questions and grievances. • Reconciled vendor invoices, including union pension program statements and third party administration group billing statements. • Audited and maintained databases, including company HRIS, benefits portal and other vendor websites. • Coordinated annual benefits open enrollment by finalizing enrollment offerings, preparing pre-enrollment communications and approving enrollment materials prepared by third party administrator. • Developed policies, procedures and forms for Family and Medical Leave and Worker’s Compensation programs. • Audited and maintained leave balances for multiple contracts. • Ensured compliance with COBRA, HIPPA, federal and state FML regulations and federal and state postings.
