Daily Duties at Stetson University:

•Served as Secretary to the Chair of the Council of Deans oMaintained faculty personnel files, prepare proffer letters and annual contracts; ensuring compliance with SACS regulations. oCoordinated logistics at academic programs including Commencement, Baccalaureate, and academic convocations; including the preparation of all programs associated. oPrepare and submit faculty vacancy announcements for publication in various newspapers and appropriate journals. •Served as Secretary to the Associate Dean, School of Music. oCoordinate the work-study program: assignments, timecards, disciplinary actions, for 135 students. oPrepare information to be directed to the appropriate areas for School of Music course schedule and University Catalog. oDesign, prepare and update faculty, student, and work-study handbooks each year. oMaintain Academic Affairs and the School of Music website using a Stetson University program. oProvide secretarial support for 50+ School of Music faculty. •Provided secretarial services to the Digital Arts program to include: maintaining and managing the budget account for the Digital Arts program. This comprised of processing purchase orders, budget transfers, etc, using Banner-Web. (The Digital Arts program is a program under the College of Arts and Sciences.)
