Daily Duties at Central Florida Cultural Endeavors:
•Assist in organization of all phases of concerts which pertains to box office. •Attend to customer service/ticket sales and organize operation of box office on evenings of performances. •Organize distribution of tickets, over the counter and phone sales. •Collect and record all monies, entries into the accounting system and registrations at events. •Report preparation. •Manage and train ticket agents, front of house staff and ushers. •Input new concerts and events into ProVenue (ticketing software), ensuring the information is accurate and available through tickets.com. •Supervise, schedule, and train Festival Interns/Staff for Box Office and Business Office. •Prepare Scripts •Maintain highest quality of customer service for the Festival.
