Daily Duties at Molina Healthcare Of Indiana:
? Liaison for the Finance Director/Interim Executive Director in his communications between Indiana and the other states associated with the Molina health plans. Including; routing phone calls, set up and gather management team for meetings; also teleconferences, business trip agendas, flight arrangements, rental car or limousine service, and hotel accommodations. ? Supported the Human Resources Manager, including new hire orientation, applicant correspondence, employee relations, including policies and procedures. ? Worked side-by-side with the Corporate Facilities Director on a build-out to coordinate additional staff i.e.: direct contact with moving company, receipt and set-up of computers, telephones, desks and chairs, and directed the installers on the configuration of cubicles. Coordinated with building management to provide assistance and direction on all office operations (i.e. ergonomics, lighting, repairs, maintenance, etc.). ? Responsible for set-up of office stations for new hires, including installation of computers and telephones, and all their office supply needs; including nameplates and business cards. Worked very closely with IT Department at Corporate in California for new hire setup: to include appropriate passwords for PC log on, phone configuration, etc.. ? Coordinate and purchase all office supplies and maintain stockroom. Expedite orders and delivery. ? Contracted with vendor for coffee supplies and monitor equipment. Coordinated with vendor monthly to procure supplies as needed. ? Facilitate/schedule meetings on a weekly basis. Order lunches and make arrangements for special events, visitors and corporate meetings. Assist members and corporate executives. ? Process and hand deliver all internal/external mail. Maintain our Hasler postage system. Received all UPS/FedEx/ DHL packages. Established CampusShip account with UPS which coordinates the overnight express packaging quickly via their internet system.
