TRANSACTION EXPERIENCE: • Specialized logistic and transportation services. Analyzed industry and competitors in order to prepare detailed financial analysis. Transaction size of $45 million. • Large cap mobile satellite receiver manufacturer. Identified opportunity to purchase with intention of future sale. Transaction size of $15 million. • Catalog food company. Assisted the purchaser with analyzing future financial projections and growth opportunity factors. Transaction size of $15 million.
