Advised clients on the most cost efficient structures for their businesses, mortgages and estates based on their stated needs, goals, and objectives. Marketed services and programs to individuals and members of the business community. Created and monitored relationships with outside plan administrators for the adminsitration of qualfied and non-qualified plans. Assisted with the development of marketing materials and programs. Reviewed and selected software from outside vendors for use in internal plan administration and retirement account accumulation and distribution. Led firm in establishment in new clients and sales of services in Calendar year 1995. Led firm as largest developer of fee programs in 1995. Established department for the Administration and Consulting of Qualified and Non-Qualified Retirement Plans.
