Daily Duties at Ontra, Inc.:
LOAN SERVICING MANAGER - Responsible for the in house servicing of various loan portfolios. Mailed monthly and weekly statements and past due notices to customers and reported year end IRS information. Prepared monthly investor reports. SENIOR COMMERCIAL LOAN PACKAGER - Responsible for packaging loan presentations to the conduits for funding of the loans. SENIOR COMMERCIAL CREDIT SPECIALIST - Responsible for tracking payments, preparing cases for disposition of the assets, foreclosure and bankruptcy tracking, and liaison between management and attorneys. Assistant to the Executive Vice President. Performed due diligence on loan portfolios for possible future servicing. CASH MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST - Responsible for processing of the payments received for various portfolios. Responsible for reconcilement of the Tax and Insurance Disbursement Checking Account for all portfolios. Responsible for monitoring approximately 292 Performing Assets. Gained knowledge of Windows. Prior responsibilities included tracking the progress of the assets in Bankruptcy and assets in the foreclosure mode. Conversed with attorneys regarding status of assets assigned to their firms regarding previously mentioned assets. Performed various other duties as required. Performed consulting work for another mortgage company. Called debtors to bring payments current, restructure payments, reinstate payments or foreclose on the properties.
